For Bearded Men Who Love Unicorns, Introducing The Manicorn

If there’s one thing we recognize about trends, it’s the fact that they do come and go rather quickly. Most of us would probably consider some of the trends that affect women but they also affect men, albeit on a smaller scale sometimes. One of the recent trends that has been very popular among some men is growing facial hair. They may have a goatee, a mustache or perhaps a full-on beard but it is something that helps them to define themselves as individuals.

What do you do if you are a gentleman who also happens to like unicorns? If that defines you, and you enjoy having facial hair, you might just find that this is the best time in history to be alive. Perhaps you remember the trend from a few years ago known as the Bronies. It involved the relatively few men who loved My Little Ponies. We have now evolved further than that time and we are down to the Manicorn. It is a fashion statement that allows a man to turn his facial hair into a rainbow-colored fantasyland.

Blogger Kristen Leanne seems to be the one behind the Manicorn. She gave it to her boyfriend, who apparently is a rather supportive man, Ryan Morgan. She used colors of blue and purple and it created a majestic look to his already spectacular beard.

And that is when the Manicorn was born.

Other men were also ready to stand in line and try to create a unicorn theme beard for themselves.

You might want to try different variations, such as this man who may have taken things a step further and colored his ponytail.

You don’t need a lot or a little facial hair to create a Manicorn. Just grab the colors and get started.

For fathers, you have a variation known as the Daddycorn.

This Instagram account owner was definitely taking things to the extreme, including the Mohawk.

What if you just want a fancy beard and don’t necessarily want the rainbow colors? Have you considered a glitter beard?

Here’s another for your viewing pleasure.

And yet another…

Did you ever wonder what it would look like if Liberace fought in the Civil War? Wonder no more.

Are you ready to try this style for yourself? You don’t even have to go with glitter, why not try flowers?

Regular beards may still be trendy but if you really want to be on the cutting edge, you may just need to dress it up a little.
