When we become parents, we automatically want what is best for our children. This isn’t only true as far as their education goes, we want to ensure that they are safe, secure and happy in all areas of life. This sometimes is easy to do but at other times, it may require a firm hand and some discipline. That is especially true when we see something that shows our children may be in danger.
There is an old expression about putting your foot in your mouth, and many parents have experienced that to one degree or another. Sometimes, things aren’t exactly as they seem and we need to look under the surface if we want to really appreciate and understand what our children are doing. In fact, some things that may be quite innocent are misunderstood by parents as being the worst thing possible.
