Man Silently Records Postman But When He Zooms In He Discovers The Truth

Something that all of us have probably gone through at some time or another is to fall behind in our work. It seems as if we can get overwhelmed rather easily and when we do fall behind, it just seems to snowball from that point forward. This sometimes happens to the U.S. Postal Service workers as well. It might seem as if they just drive around and deliver the mail but before long, things begin piling up and you end up with undelivered mail.

In some cases, an unscrupulous mail carrier may take things a lot further. Even though they are behind in their work, they try to get away with it by hiding the evidence as good as they can. That is what Douglas Thron thought he saw. He found that a postal worker was hanging out in an area of town that he shouldn’t have been in. He was rather confused over the behavior of the mailman but then he discovered the truth about what was actually taking place.

At that point, David pulled out a camera and began recording. He discovered very quickly what was actually taking place.

Mail carriers will often spend a lot of time on their feet and they are expected to deliver the mail, regardless of the weather and they do it six days a week. They are even responsible for delivering certain Amazon packages in rather difficult situations as well.

Douglas was flying his drone above the city of Santa Rosa, California. He was expecting to film the devastation that occurred as a result of the wildfires. What he actually saw was a postal carrier that was bringing the neighborhood to life in his own, special way.

You can see the Postal Service worker driving his truck through the streets that are completely burned down. He makes regular stops to deliver the mail at the mailboxes, even though a lot of those homes were leveled by the flames. Surprisingly, some of the mailboxes were still standing.

Trevor Smith is the name of the mail carrier and people are calling him the most dedicated mailman on earth. Homeowners wanted to get back into the fire zone to get their personal items and he was honoring their request.

Thanks to this drone footage along Piner Street, his efforts were captured. That is where a mobile home park used to be located. Some of the seniors that lived there knew about the route and they wanted Trevor to continue delivering mail, even as they were evacuated.
