We live in a world where everybody has the right to have an opinion. The problem is, people don’t always have the ‘right opinion’. Admittedly, there are two sides to every story but sometimes, people say the most alarming things and you can’t help but admit that right or wrong, they are WRONG! That is especially true when they say something that is so ridiculously and insultingly stupid that you can’t help but chuckle when you find out that it actually came out of their mouth.
We can see this in many areas of life but it is frequently seen on Twitter. Most people who use that social network think that it is enlightened and they may use it for anything from spreading political propaganda to simply throwing insults at each other. Thanks to the new year, there is something else to enjoy about Twitter, and that is the stupidity of some who share cyberspace with us.
When we were nearing the end of the year, people began wishing the planet Earth a happy birthday. More specifically, they wanted to congratulate Earth for having a 2019th birthday. Is sometimes difficult to tell if people are only trolling for comments or if they are actually being serious. The only thing I hope, for all of our sakes, is the fact that they were joking in some way or another. If they weren’t, then the 2019th birthday of Earth may very well be the last.
