In the first episode, which debuted on June 19, Jep and Jase Robertson join experienced treasure hunter Murry Crowe, someone who’s been a friend of the family for over 20 years.

Murry’s been a treasure hunter since 1971, and according to Jase, Murry’s taught him pretty much everything he knows about digging in the dirt for treasure.

The episode also features a few of the Robertson wives, such as Jessica and Missy Robertson, along with other family members like Uncle Si.

In each episode, we get to see the Robertson family search for rare artifacts, precious treasures, and possibly a few hidden gems!

Now, for anyone who’s ever tried treasure hunting, you know it can be a pretty low-yielding hobby.

However, with the help of Murray, Jase and Jep stumbled across some truly impressive finds, including one which could be worth a pretty penny!

However, all this treasure hunting in the broiling heat of Louisiana weather requires that the boys take a little break to cool off. So they head over to a local creek for a bit of fishing.

And Jase plunges face-first into the creek to attain maximum relief!

The episode also features Murry’s treasure-hunting invention, “Big Sheila,” which, upon first seeing it, Jase confesses to being a bit underwhelmed.

However, as soon as they strap the device to their four-wheeler, it soon becomes clear that looks can be deceiving as Big Sheila tackles a massive area in next to no time while the boys ride in comfort.

At the end of the episode, the Robertsons and their guest head back to the house for some good ole’ homemade country cooking! But not before they stop to give thanks to the Lord.

I’m not so sure about the buried valuables, but those plates look like plenty of treasure to me!
