The Emotional ‘I Am Paul Walker’ Trailer Is Out Now And I Can’t Stop Crying

There are many times that you may look back on something it seems like it was yesterday but then you come to the realization that it was actually a number of years ago. That is the way that we feel about Paul Walker’s death. It was tragic and shocked us when it occurred and that is why it is so difficult to believe that five years have passed since it took place. He was a very talented actor and Hollywood is not about to let us forget it.

Over the years, many different celebrities have talked about how the passing of Walker affected them personally. They all had different reactions to his death, such as what was experienced by Vin Diesel. They appeared together on The Fast and the Furious and they were so close that These or even named his daughter Pauline after his good friend. There is no doubt that his death touched many people, and it is about to move them once again.

“When I heard, I immediately flew back to California, and went directly from the plane to his mother’s house…,” Diesel wrote in a Facebook post. “I thought they needed my strength, but realized when I got there and broke down before his family, that it was I who needed theirs.”

“His mother hugged me and said I am so sorry… I said sorry? You’re the mother who lost a son?… She said yes, but you lost your other half,” he continued.

Walker has a 19-year-old daughter, Meadow, and she also has paid tribute to her dad as the years have gone by. Three years ago, she was responsible for launching the Paul Walker Foundation.

“Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions. His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill,” she captioned an Instagram photo in 2015.

“I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world. I want to share that part of him with others. I am tremendously proud to be launching The #PaulWalkerFoundation (@paulwalkerfdn) on his birthday. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate my father. #DoGood,” Meadow continued.

These individual celebrities certainly give recognition to Paul Walker but they are not the only ones. There is now a documentary coming out, I Am Paul Walker, and the official trailer just dropped. It features footage from his early life and interviews with those who loved him and the legacy that he left after he died.

You can expect to see this documentary on August 11 on the Paramount Network at 9 PM.
