You Can Stroll Down A Glowing Pumpkin Trail With More Than 5,000 Professionally Carved Jack-O’-Lanterns

Fall’s finally here. And it’s also one of the most fascinating times of the year, isn’t it? The leaves are changing, the air is getting cooler and crisper, and folks are starting to carve their pumpkins in preparation for Halloween.

And if you love carving pumpkins, then you will appreciate this awesome seasonal event in Louisville, Kentucky called the Louisville Jack O’ Lantern Spectacular. And they’re not over-hyping it one bit!

Named after one of the best fall activities, the Louisville Jack O’ Lantern Spectacular takes place in Iroquois Park and spans about a quarter of a mile on a scenic wooded trail. You can celebrate Halloween all month long as you walk along the trail, where you’ll pass thousands  (5,000 to be exact) of beautifully illuminated and professionally carved jack o’ lanterns. There are also 100 pumpkins carved into various artwork.

It’s a pretty magical sight to behold and a lot of fun for everyone. Plus, it’s not too scary for your little ones, which allows for a very pleasant family outing, or even a great date night activity for couples. Folks just can’t get enough of it. But don’t just take it from us,  this attraction earns high scores on Yelp as well as other travel sites.

“Visiting this event is like stepping into a fairytale. The art displayed is absolutely stunning and exploring all the different themes is like being on an adventure. Pumpkins are hanging in trees throughout the park and it is a very unique and gorgeous sight. I definitely recommend this event to anyone,” one reviewer wrote.
