If there is one thing we have become familiar with in recent years, it’s getting things delivered to our home. That is especially true now during the pandemic when many of us are having items delivered more than we are going into the store. It’s a convenience that we probably will take with us even after the pandemic is over. It doesn’t mean, however, that it is completely without problems. In fact, there are going to be times when difficulties occur and it can be very frustrating. That is especially true when a package gets lost or if we are just waiting for the delivery truck and it doesn’t arrive.
