Body language is nonverbal communication that involves physical behaviors, as opposed to verbal language and words, being used to convey information or express emotions. These behaviors can include body posture, facial expressions, eye movement, gestures, use of space, and touch. Interestingly, body language isn’t limited to just humans. Animals also show body language. However, most information available about body language is about humans and their body language. Experts say that nonverbal signals make up a lot of our daily communication with other people. For one thing, it’s easy to see what kind of mood someone is in usually.
