Bunny Paw Cookies Are Easy To Make And So Cute You Won’t Want To Eat Them

It’s hard to believe that springtime is almost here and with it comes all of the Easter celebrations that many people do. Part of the celebration for many families is baking cookies and I couldn’t think of a better time of year to do so. If you would like to theme your cookies this year, then you can simply make some cookie dough, form it into balls and arrange it in the shape of a rabbit’s foot.

When you do this, you will be making rabbit tracks and you can even create indentations into them while they are still warm using the back of a measuring spoon. As long as you can wait for them to cool down for a couple of minutes, you can add some icing that is made from milk, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and food coloring. It’s going to make the colors look great!

If you are ready to have some fun with these Bunny shaped cookies, then you will be happy to know it is easy to get started. You can make the circular cookie, and to oval shapes and your finished product will look just like a fluffy bunny was nearby leaving footprints.

If you would like to make a thicker icing, you can use some confectioners’ sugar, meringue powder, water and food coloring to kick things up a notch.

If you’d rather not make a rabbit’s foot, what about making the entire rabbit? It might be easier than you thought. You can create the shape of the rabbit by using a cookie-cutter that looks like a gingerbread man.

After the cookie-cutter is used to change the basic shape, you can turn the legs into the years for the gingerbread man. Use a tooth book to get the nose and eyes indented in the face and you are ready to bake.

It doesn’t matter what cookie you plan on making, it is sure to be loads of fun for the entire family!
