If you’re like most folks out there living with mannequins, you’ve often wondered what on earth are you going to do with your life-sized dolls for the holidays? Well, I’m happy to tell you that there is a brand new festive solution to your holiday decorating mannequin dilemma! You see, there were a few creative folks out there that have come up with some very interesting ideas for fun and festive alternatives to the traditional green Christmas tree. But, we think this might be one of the best ideas yet! People are decorating their mannequins with Christmas tree gowns. And, as soon as we heard about it, we just knew we needed to know more!
Apparently, there are a couple of you can go about creating your ideal holiday mannequin. Some people use chicken wire laced with their favorite types of greenery or augment the mannequin form itself. If you use wire, you can bend it to create some fantastic looks such as a partial silhouette, then simply pin the different branches using floral pins. If you go with a mannequin frame, the process is almost the same. Use a partial silhouette and then just attach the branches at the bottom using chicken wire. Some folks also cover their entire mannequin frame with greenery. In truth, the choices are nearly limitless, allowing you to create the perfect holiday expression for your mannequin.
