The American actor, Will Rogers, once said that if dogs didn’t go to heaven, he wanted to make sure he went where they went. Perhaps this is similar to the way that many people feel because once you have a dog in your life, you realize that you have a bond that lasts for a lifetime. People around the world are able to understand that bond, but it is not only those dogs that are your loyal companions in your home that are fantastic, but there are also many dogs that are there to protect you when you need it the most.
One of those types of dogs is a rescue dog that is sometimes trained by a charity, ‘Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England’. That charity recently uploaded a video and it shows you exactly what these dogs are capable of doing. This isn’t just something that is life-changing, it is something that is potentially life-saving. You can see the entire story, along with pictures and video below.
If you were to get lost in the remote wilderness, you would certainly be frightened, but a volunteer-based organization is there to help those who need it.
The rescue dogs they have are skilled in many areas. Specifically, however, they search for people who get buried in the snow.
A volunteer took a camera with him and buried himself in the snow during a training drill.
Before long, a nose poked through the snow barrier above him.
The rescue dog then tore apart the wall of snow with her body.
This makes sure that a real situation is not going to result in a disaster.
This dog will be there to provide help as soon as she can.
The dog’s name is Flo. Although she is only four years old, she is a rescue dog that can save people and melt hearts.
