It doesn’t matter who we are, we are going to have difficulties from time to time. This includes those who are in the public eye and may have a degree of privilege as a result.
Lori Loughlin is one of those individuals who recently suffered, and she suffered on a number of different levels. Not only did she lose one of her closest friends, she also lost a lot of jewelry in a home robbery.
Perhaps you remember her as the actress who played Aunt Becky on Full House. She also starred in the sequel on Netflix, Fuller House.
Bob Saget, who also starred on the show with her had recently died. It was a tragic time for her and one that no doubt left emotional scars that she was dealing with at the time.
If that wasn’t enough, insult was added injury when someone broke into her house and stole $1 million worth of jewelry. It was a violation of her privacy and one that has really taken a toll on her.
Fortunately, she wasn’t at home at the time of the robbery and her husband was away as well. That’s the good news, but the fact that she lost so much jewelry is really devastating.
As you can imagine, it was an emotional day for her and one that was already difficult, plus the home robbery was added on top of it. Although we can be thankful that they weren’t home at the time, we could also be empathetic with the fact that her privacy was violated.
It seems to have happened because a bedroom window was used to enter the house and they stole the jewelry while they were inside. I’m sure that she will be looking for a way to beef up home security at this point.
