It seems as if the world is split into two different groups, those who love alpacas and those who absolutely adore them! It just seems as if they are one of the kindest, gentlest animals, which is probably why we love them so much. Have you ever wondered what would happen if you introduced an alpaca to another animal that they have never seen before? You couldn’t expect that they would be upset but you can expect that they would be curious! This video is so interesting because I’ve never seen anything quite like it before. When they are introduced to a hedgehog, the look on their faces is absolutely priceless. The little creature is slowly passing them by but they are there, every step of the way. It is almost as if they are wondering, what in world could this little thing be?
As it turns out, the hedgehog really caught the attention of this flock of alpaca and they couldn’t help themselves. At first, they were hesitant because you can tell that they were walking rather slowly but they were absolutely fascinated with what they were seeing.
Most of us would admit that hedgehogs are fairly interesting creatures, but we’ve never seen an animal that has this much curiosity.
You can watch them slowly walking to the hedgehog and sniffing to get familiar. One of them gets a little too close and flinches when his nose touches the spikes.
Even though there was a slight discomfort, the alpaca didn’t stop being curious. He went back into take another look and now that we’ve seen it, we want an alpaca for ourselves.
