Have you ever had a special dog in your life that was there for you through thick and thin? When we look back on the bond that we shared, we probably remember some of the good times that we had together. Perhaps it was the times that our dog was there by our side when we were hitting a low point in our lives. It might also be some special memories that fill us with nostalgia, every time we think about them.
There is probably something else that you know about dogs and you might never have really given it much thought. I’m talking about the fact that dogs can be rather crazy and their personalities often shine through in the strangest ways. In fact, I’m sure you have looked at your dog on more than one occasion and thought about how they were acting more like a human than a dog. At other times, you might just have been amazed at how goofy they acted. These pictures capture those moments in the best way possible.
1. Be the squirrel
This dog forgot he was a canine for a moment and decided he was a squirrel. This is just slightly disturbing.
2. I’m scared now
I know that this dog is probably smiling but I swear I had a nightmare last night and this dog was in it.
3. Stand up for yourself
This is perhaps one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen. I think this dog forgot he was supposed to be walking on all fours and now he walks like a human.
4. Drumstick dog
I guess this dog has been taking some yoga classes. I don’t know how he got his legs to go that way.
5. Could this be comfortable?
Have you ever woken up after sleeping in a strange position and been sore all day? I would imagine this dog will be sore for a while.
6. I think he wants something
If your dog stares at you for a long time like this, then he has something on his mind. I think this pooch wants some attention.
7. Broken
I think this dog is stuck in that position. At least he is giving you some attention.
8. Nose resting
Have you ever seen anything like this? Not only is it goofy looking, but I’m not sure how he is breathing.
9. Yummy
I think this dog has just found something to snack on. Perhaps he is trying to tell you he wants some more food.
10. Nice seat
Ah, there is nothing quite like sitting and watching a fire. This dog is living the life but the other dog, not so much.
11. Is he human?
It’s not so much that he is sitting like that, it’s the fact that he does it on a regular basis.
12. What did I just see?
I don’t know if this is funny or scary but I would have to say it is the strangest thing I’ve seen all week.
13. Go stand in a corner
It’s nice to see a dog self-regulate like this. I think he is just trying to gather his thoughts.

Sometimes you try to mess with the dog and they just give in and play along.

I think this dog has been dreaming of being a dancer for quite some time. Well done.

If I looked over and my dog was sitting like this I would have to snap the picture as I ran from the room screaming

I’ve heard of bouncing off the walls but walking on them?
