Lady Gaga Pour Her Heart Into An Emotional Live Performance Of ‘Born This Way’ To Honor Her Grandfather

The first thing that most people will think of when they picture Lady Gaga is her ability to play the piano and sing. After all, we have seen countless videos of her doing so and if we’ve ever seen her in concert, we realize that it is made up of unusual outfits and awesome entertainment. Although Lady Gaga is an excellent performer and nobody is debating that fact, there is something else about her that also needs to be considered. It’s the fact that she goes beyond just being an entertainer and she isn’t afraid to show her human side. That was the case in the video that you see below, which was from a concert in Pittsburgh in 2014.

As it turns out, Lady Gaga had grandparents who were from West Virginia and it wasn’t long after her surgery that she had to say goodbye to her beloved grandfather. She spent a lot of time with her grandparents in West Virginia when she was a child and like many people, she got very close to them over the years. I’m sure that most of us could appreciate just what type of family relationship she had with them. That is why she decided to pay tribute to her grandfather in an amazing performance that is sure to touch your heart. It is just something else that makes us love Lady Gaga even more.

When we have somebody special in our life, we don’t always take the opportunity to let them know about it before it is too late. Lady Gaga may have felt this way to a certain extent and that just helps to humanize her even more.

Although we have the opportunity to see many performers live in concert, Lady Gaga is one that should not be missed. After all, she is more than a performer, she has heart.
