Paul McCartney Joins Eric Clapton On Stage So They Can Perform ‘Something’ Together And The Audience Loves It

We sometimes have the opportunity to see a live concert and it introduces us to the ability that the performer has above and beyond what we hear out of a studio. Yes, they may have been releasing songs and we hear them on the radio for years but there is something about that experience of seeing them in person that changes us in some way or another. At times, it may be somebody that we have been following for decades and the possibility of seeing them in concert is the dream of a lifetime. It may have even made our official bucket list and when that day comes, we couldn’t imagine something better happening.

I think that I felt that way the first time I saw Eric Clapton in concert. He just is such a diverse performer and he doesn’t play the guitar, he lives the guitar. It doesn’t matter if he is singing jazz, hard rock ‘n’ roll or anything in between, he puts absolutely everything he has into the music. That was what the experience was when he was singing with Paul McCartney for a very happy audience. The two of them stood together on the stage, with Paul McCartney starting and Eric Clapton joining in later. They were singing “Something in the Way She Moves” and it is amazing on video. I can only imagine how incredible it was to see this in person.

You may never have the opportunity to see Paul McCartney and Eric Clapton joining together on stage for a song, but it has happened and we can still experience it through online video. This is one that is sure to be appreciated by you and you may just want to hang onto it so you can watch it anytime you need a pick-me-up.

Both Paul McCartney and Eric Clapton have earned their place in our memory as some of the best singers of all time. Their music will continue to entertain us for years to come.
