When you go to a concert, there are certain things that you expect to see. As they stand on the stage in front of you, they will play instruments and sing their songs and provide you with the opportunity to sing along. They also put on a show, and that is really what makes a concert such a great experience. It may be pyrotechnics or perhaps an entire crew of dancers, but it is an experience that you are sure to remember for many years. In fact, some people will seek out going to a concert for that very reason, because they realize they are going to be entertained in more ways than one. I’m sure that’s how everybody was feeling at Madison Square Garden in April 2018.
When you go to see Pink in concert, you can be sure that she is going to sing some of her famous songs and she is truly a talented woman. As it turns out, she also is somebody who wants to give the crowd even more than just an opportunity to hear her singing. When she is performing her song, “So What”, she gets strapped into a harness and within a matter of minutes, she is flying above the audience as if she were in the circus. It’s more than just an opportunity to hear her singing at this point, everybody in the audience was treated something truly unique. It’s not every day that a performer goes that high above the audience and swings from one side of the crowd to another.
It was amazing that Pink did this type of acrobatic maneuver but perhaps what is even more interesting is the fact that she continued to sing the entire time. In fact, she never even missed a beat, even when she was slinging across the auditorium high above the crowd.
If you ever have the opportunity to see Pink in concert, you should really take the chance to do it. Not only is it an interesting stage show, she brings the music to you in a literal sense as well. Watch it for yourself in the following video.
