It doesn’t matter who we are, we could all use a helping him from time to time. This is not only true when we are little children, even as adults, we find ourselves needing assistance. Sometimes, we may even find ourselves in the middle of such a difficult situation that the pressure just takes over and we freeze. That was obviously what happened to this little girl, who was having some nervous butterflies when she should have been performing her flower girl duties.
I’ll be the first one to admit that it would be nerve-racking to walk down the aisle past all of the people when the event was packed. This little girl obviously had second thoughts, although she kept trying over and over again to make it. She would only go a few feet, however, and the stress will get the best of her. She would run back to her safe area again, only to start all over.
We often think about the nervousness that is being felt by the bride during the wedding, but everybody in the wedding party may have nervous jitters. This little flower girl looks cute in her outfit with the white shoes but only those who are toward the back of the venue are able to see her.
Although it is not said for sure, we think that the woman who continues to come out and give her a nudge in the right direction is her mother. She is excited to watch her daughter walk down the aisle, but she keeps returning.
It happened three times but you can’t help but feel sorry for the little girl with a big smile on her face.
Suddenly, a man shows up in a black tuxedo and he is there to save the day. He takes her by the hand, walks her down the aisle and gives her all of the reassurance that she needs.
As they are going down the aisle, people are applauding and laughing from their seats. When the man realizes that her full duty had not yet been realized, he does something special and everybody is laughing out loud.
