There are some things in life that we would call a trend and other things that we would call a tradition. For example, many families celebrate Christmas on December 25 and this is a tradition that is passed down from one generation to the next. When it comes to getting ready for the holiday, however, we may mix the tradition with a few trends that are here today, gone tomorrow. Sometimes, it includes a fashion trend.
Social media is blowing up this holiday season with the Christmas Tree Hair trend. It seems as if everyone is willing to give it a shot. A popular news source describes it as when “people style their hair into an upside-down cone shape, mimicking a Christmas tree before decorating their strands with ornaments.” We would describe it as a lot of fun.

After you decorate your hair like a Christmas tree, including the lights and ornaments, you can begin adding anything else you like. Perhaps you might even try stringing up some popcorn or using some tinsel. Before you know it, you will be the mother to be envied at any party.
