82-Year-Old Jane Fonda Says She ‘Closed Up Shop’ And Quit Dating

There are times when we may find our life is slowly slipping away from us in the fact that what we wanted to do is no longer able to be done. Perhaps there are things that you have had on your bucket list for quite some time and it seems as if you are not going to have the opportunity to do them at this point. There may also be some things that you have had on your bucket list that were next to impossible but eventually, they shifted over into the list of things that are absolutely impossible. It seems as if your opportunity to date Jane Fonda is now shifting over into the impossible list.

At 82 years of age, Jane Fonda is ready to move on to a new phase in her life. She said that she is simply ready for a new lifestyle and she announced that she is done with dating. Some may think that it is unusual that she would make this announcement at 82 but she actually said that it isn’t about getting weaker, it’s about finding her strength. After all, Fonda has never been one to walk in the same path as someone else, just because they are in front of her. She has always done things her own way and it seems as if that isn’t stopping, even though she has reached her golden years.

As far as love and relationships are concerned, Jane Fonda has seen her fair share. She was married three times in her life and claims that the failures she experienced in marriage will have nothing to do with her leaving the dating scene. According to her, she is entering a period of true happiness in her life and realizes that she doesn’t need to date to see it.

Interestingly, Fonda is about to release a book associated with climate change, entitled ‘What Can I Do?’ She also ended her last relationship with Richard Perry, a record producer, in 2017. Throughout all of the years that she was dating, she came to the realization that she is stronger than the men she dated and even those she married.

We wish for many years of continued happiness.
