Tammy From ‘1000-Lb Sisters’ Shows Off Incredible Weight Loss Transformation

Weight loss is a subject that frequently comes up in conversation. We talk about food, and eventually, we talk about how we would like to lose some weight or maybe even how we plan on doing so.

There are times, however, when people focus so much on weight loss because of their extreme situation. That was the case with Tammy Slaton, the 36-year-old star from the 1000-Lb Sisters show.

Tammy has been on a weight loss journey, and she is now showing off pictures of what she has been able to accomplish. It came after the third season when she was rushed off to the hospital on the show after stopping breathing at a weight loss facility.

That was a cliffhanger, but we didn’t have to wait until the fourth season to find out how it turned out. Tammy was dealing with significant health problems due to her weight, and her brother said she had to undergo surgery or she could have died.

After hearing this from her family, Tammy was moved to action. She now has shared pictures of her dramatic weight loss, which is impressive.

Tammy feels very proud of herself after hitting her goal weight. She started at 717 pounds and landed at 534 pounds.

Although she doesn’t go on social media to post updates very often, she did share her weight loss journey with her fans in several photos. It really shows the dramatic change she has gone through.

It wasn’t long before the comments were full of praise, especially after the difficulty she faced at the end of the third season.

The Sun reports that Tammy has lost 300 pounds and is taking her new lifestyle in stride. It was interesting that she was able to stand without any assistance in the pictures, as she was in a wheelchair because of her previous weight.

She will still be on the show with her sister, Amy, which follows them throughout life as medically obese women. Over the years, she has had some health issues, but she also has had some good experiences, including marrying her husband, 39-year-old Caleb Willingham.
