There is something interesting that happens when we look at a picture. At first glance, we tend to take everything in and it is almost like taking a snapshot of the entire image. Eventually, we might take the time necessary to slow down and look at some of the finer details within the picture but that isn’t always going to happen. Our brain is not necessarily hardwired to notice the details, although some people do notice them easier than others. We tend to be ‘big picture’ people and it helps us to get by from one day to the next without too many difficulties in life.
Then again, there may be something that is hiding in the image and if we don’t see the details at first, we might end up missing it altogether. Some artists will even put some of those hidden items into images to help keep things interesting or perhaps to prove a point. Although that may not necessarily be the case with this picture, it is hiding something interesting and it is your job to find it.
